1. Are the website templates customizable?

All of websites are specifically designed for home inspectors and are fixed in their layout. The design elements cannot be altered. However, you can customize the colour scheme, add portrait photography, and include your personalized business information and details through the form we provide.

2. What content do I need to provide to complete my website?

You are required to submit all the requested content, including business details and images, via the form provided after purchase. The website creation process will only begin after we’ve received all the necessary information.

3. How long does it take to complete the website?

Once we receive all required content and you’ve purchased a hosting subscription, your website will be ready within approximately 2-4 weeks. Being responsive and approving drafts quickly will also help us complete your website on time.

4. Can I add a store to my website?

Yes, we can help you add a store to sell swag on your website! Just reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to create a solution that fits your needs.

5. How many edits are included with the website?

Two rounds of edits are included with your website purchase before the site goes live. You’ll have the chance to review your website and request changes during this process. Any additional edits beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.

6. What if I need more edits after my website is live?

  • Annual Hosting Subscription: Includes three complimentary edit sessions after your site goes live.

  • Monthly Hosting Subscription: Edit sessions can be purchased separately as needed.

7. When is payment due for the website?

Full payment is required upfront before any work begins on your website. Payments are non-refundable once the website creation process starts and all prices are in US dollars.

8. Do I need a hosting subscription for my website to be live?

Yes, a hosting subscription is necessary to make your website live. You can choose either an annual or monthly subscription.

9. How do I cancel my hosting subscription?

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Can be canceled with 30 days' notice via our Contact form. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Non-refundable and remain active for the entire year/ remainder of the billing cycle..

10. What happens if I cancel my hosting subscription?

If you cancel your hosting subscription, your website will be archived for 60 days. After this period, the website and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

11. Is the current billing cycle refundable upon cancellation?

No, the current billing cycle is non-refundable.

12. Can I reactivate my website after cancellation?

Yes, you can request to reactivate your website within the 60-day archive period. After that, your site and data will be permanently deleted.

13. Who owns the design and code of my website?

The website templates and design elements are the intellectual property of inspectasite. While you have a license to use the website for your business, you do not own the underlying design or code.

14. What support is included with my hosting subscription?

Basic support to keep your website live and functional is included with your hosting subscription. Any additional support or maintenance services may incur extra fees.

15. What happens if I violate the terms of the Website Purchase Policy?

inspectasite reserves the right to terminate service if a customer violates the terms of this policy or engages in any harmful or illegal activity.

16. What happens if the policy changes?

inspectasite reserves the right to modify the Website Purchase Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

19. What if I need more help or have additional questions?

20. What happens if I get busy and don’t fill out the requirements form to get my website going?

After one month of non-responsiveness we’ll reach out again to follow up. Please note this could cause delays with the launch of your website.

21. What if I have my own URL already?

Please ensure you provide accurate and up-to-date information to access your domain, and we’ll handle the rest as quickly as possible. You’ll need to grant hello@inspectasite.io access to your domain. This access is usually for a period of 48 hours, so please do this during the week as it may expire over the weekend. Once access is granted it may take 24 to 48 hours for your domain registrar to update the DNS records and connect your domain to your new site.

If you don’t have a URL you can either use the complimentary one provided or we can help you purchase your own.

21. Does inspectasite do SEO, search engine optimization?

When we build your site, we optimize it for SEO to ensure strong performance. However, ongoing SEO maintenance is essential for continued success. One of the best ways to enhance your search rankings is by adding a blog to your site. Google favors websites with fresh, regularly updated content. Additionally, setting up and optimizing your Google Business profile can further improve your overall search visibility.
